Jet Lag is a Four-Letter Word

Yes, my friends, it has happened … sore throat, headache, dizziness, and inability to concentrate are my symptoms. Luckily (or not!) staying awake has not been an issue.

A few years ago I traversed 18 time zones and it was a piece of cake. Arriving Melbourne from Los Angeles at 9AM, I managed to stay awake all day until 10PM, slept like a baby till 6AM and I was ready to roll. However, this time, crossing 16 time zones really got me. Whatever the circumstances behind my malaise, thankfully, my land legs are slowly returning.

So, please stand-by … in the haze of my confusion I’ve sorted out a plan. Starting this Sunday, look for me in the evening, Tokyo time! xoxo

P.S.  In case you need it, MedicineNet has the best article on all things jet lag related.
